Chalet Hosting Schedule 2011/2011

Chalet hosts are regular club members who volunteer to greet skiers on weekends.

If you would like to sign up for a 2 1/2 hour shift, please send an email to hosting@wasiski.com with your name, phone number, and the time slot that you can take care of. If you have already signed up for a time slot and your plans change, please send us an email and we'll update this schedule.

Shift times are 10:30 am - 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:30

Chalet Duties

If you have not hosted at the chalet and think you might be interested, check the following list of things we want the chalet host to be aware of:

First and foremost, greet skiers and make them feel welcome
ensure that all skiers sign in and that day use fees are paid
answer inquiries about the trails and our club
maintain the fire in the woodstove - fill the wood box if necessary
keep the chalet warm and clean
If possible, bring a small "float" ($10 or $20) so that you can make change for day pass skiers
